The Transceiver Server software is protected by a hardware key that you plug into a USB-port. As long as the hardware key is plugged in and your license is valid, the service will do its job perfectly.

We offer two license models whose prices are based on the number of accounts on the server:

The price for an on-premise Transceiver Server license is € 999 per year (excluding shipping and taxes) for 25 accounts. You install the Transceiver Server software on a machine at your own premises or with a hosted company of your choice. You take care of the maintenance and the costs for the physical server, firewall, security, bandwidth, Windows and SQL Server licenses and backups. You pay for the number of accounts you want on that server (with a minimum of 25 accounts). Additional accounts can be ordered separately. A server can host thousands of accounts. This licensing model is installed and configured within days.
The price for a SaaS-hosted Transceiver Server license is € 2499 per year (excluding taxes) for 25 accounts. We install and host the Transceiver Server software on one of our machines. We take care of the maintenance and the costs for the physical server, firewall, security, bandwidth, Windows and SQL Server licenses and backups. You pay for the number of accounts you want on that server (with a minimum of 25 accounts). Additional accounts can be ordered separately. A server can host thousands of accounts. This licensing model is installed and configured by us within minutes.

In any model, you manage your Transceiver Server using the Transceiver Server Manager. The Transceiver Server stores its data in a Microsoft SQL Server database. Because we support different versions of SQL Server for different needs, we can analyze which version is appropriate for your requirements and budget. The “on premise” model can be delivered with an embedded Microsoft SQL Server license.

You can increase the number of accounts on your Transceiver Server anytime, by upgrading your existing license for the remainder of the license period. You only pay for the days that are still left until the expiration date (plus a fixed administrative cost of € 15), and automatically receive a new license key.

You can also decrease the number of accounts on your Transceiver Server. There is no refund but also no administrative cost. The next renewal license fee will be calculated according to the decreased number of accounts at that time.

A Transceiver Server license is valid for a predefined period, usually for 1 year. If you don't renew a license before the expiration date, the Server will automatically stop working. After the renewal license has been paid for, a new license key is made available. If the Server has access to the web, it will automatically download and install this new license key. Otherwise, the user is responsible for installing the new license key using the Transceiver Server Manager before the expiration date. In either case, the person responsible for the Transceiver Server is notified by e-mail, weeks before the expiration date.
